A family-owned dog-waste removal service in Layton, Utah, running on software we wrote from scratch: instant ZIP-code quoting, subscription billing, route scheduling, a customer portal and an AI assistant.
What Poopy Puppy is
Poopy Puppy is a real business with real trucks. A trained tech comes to your yard on a set schedule and clears everywhere a dog might go: lawn, flower beds, gravel, under bushes, along the fence line. The waste is bagged and hauled away rather than left in your bin, equipment is disinfected between yards, and on the way out we close the gate, photograph it, and send you the photo. No contracts, no call centre, and a free re-scoop if we miss a spot.
It is also the clearest example of what we build. Poopy Puppy does not run on off-the-shelf field-service software. Every layer underneath it was written here, and all of it is in production today serving paying customers.
What the platform does
Everything a waste-removal business needs to quote, schedule, bill and prove the work.
Instant ZIP quoting
Customers type a ZIP code, see their price immediately, and finish signup online in about five minutes, with no phone call.
Subscription billing
Stripe-backed recurring plans with a card or bank account on file, automatic charges and emailed receipts.
Route scheduling
Visits grouped by day and area so crews are not crossing town twice, with a heads-up text about an hour before arrival.
Self-service portal
Customers pause, skip, change plan or cancel themselves. No fees, no phone calls, no ticket queue.
Proof of service
Every visit ends with a photo of the closed gate uploaded to the customer's portal, the answer to "were you actually here?"
AI assistant on the site
The same chatbot we sell answers questions on poopypuppy.com, grounded in Poopy Puppy's own knowledge base.
